Sogd Capital operates as closed fund and serves limited numbers of customers from Central Asia, Middle East, Europe and Russia.

Sogd Capital's primary goal is to retain its customers' and partners' capital throughout the time and deliver investment returns in diversified instruments with a conservative and prudent approach to risk. We employ conservative and balanced strategies with a moderate risk profile to achieve long-term sustainable capital growth and positive cash flows.

In general, Sogd Capital consolidates (but not limited to) conservative and balanced low/medium-risk strategies to deliver long-term sustainable growth of equity and positive cash flows. Diversified by asses classes and geographies, we are prepared for wide range of economical scenarios. We are also open to the fair risk/return opportunities at the markets we operate at the very limited extend or capital share.

We deploy capital in 5 major assets' groups: (1) liquid cash & equivalents, (2) medium and long-term bonds, (3) commercial real estate, (4) companies' traded shares and private equity, (5) precisious metals in the secured futures form. Shares of assets may vary depending on the market context, but generally is subject for rebalancing within defined ranges. We are also open to the fair risk/return opportunities at the markets we operate at the very limited extend or capital share.
